Does microblading hurt?
The perception of pain varies from person to person, making it a subjective. However, it is worth mentioning that many of our previous clients have actually slept through their procedures. This can be attributed to the utilization of medical-grade numbing techniques, specifically designed for permanent makeup. Our main objective is to provide our clients with the most comfortable and pleasant experience possible.
It is worth noting that increased discomfort may occur during the procedure if the client is on her period. Also, the numbing anesthetic may not last quite as long for frequent smokers..
Frequently Asked Question #2 – PRE-TREATMENT
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE THE PROCEDURE?
For best results, do not do any of the following:
- No aspirin or caffeine 24 hours prior to appointment
- No facial injections 6 weeks prior to appointment
- No workouts 24 hours prior to appointment. The increased circulation of blood flow causes excess bleeding which will result in the skin’s inability to retain pigment.
Frequently Asked Question #3 – DAY OF PROCEDURE
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR OR BRING TO THE APPOINTMENT?
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, if possible to allow sufficient time to park and get settled. If you have not completed your PMU Medical History form, you will need to complete it prior to the start of the procedure.
If you would like to arrive with your eyebrow makeup on only, that will help us visualize your ideal brows. Otherwise, please do not wear any makeup. Feel free to bring inspo photos
Wear “comfy” clothes you will be laying down for awhile.
Frequently Asked Question #4 – POST-TREATMENT HEALING
what should i expect after i leave your office?
Please refer to the diagram below which may help you understand the skin’s healing process. Swimming, vigorous workouts, excessive sun exposure, saunas and steam rooms are high discouraged for at least 1 week after your procedure.
Excessive salt and moisture to the exposed skin will most likely result in infection.
Sun exposure will cause the treated area to turn orange, blue, or gray and that is not cute at all! So just don’t do it!
A shower visor is recommended for the first 3-4 days after the procedure. You will be provided with a few in your care packet however you can also purchase them here.
You will be provided post-care instructions upon leaving our office but clients sometimes forget to follow the instructions outlined and wonder why their brows are faded.
Frequently Asked Question #5 – CANCELLATION POLICY
What is your cancellation policy?
Clients may book, reschedule, and cancel appointments up to 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. After 48 hours, all rescheduled appointments and cancellations will forfeit the paid deposited amount. Please contact us by completing the contact form below if you have any questions.

am i required to pay the deposit if i have a gift card, coupon, or promo code?
Yes, the deposit is to secure your appointment.
If you have a gift certificate, the deposit will be credited back to you after the service.
Clients with coupon codes and promotional service will be credited towards the service amount.
